سلام چند حالت دارد اول اینکه از قسمت تنظیمات گزینه پرینت فعال نباشد دوم اینکه هنگامیکه pdfرا وارد یو ای پی میکنی باید چند ثانیه صبر کرد وبه صورت سریع یو اس پی را جدا نکنید

Have you been able to print anything from the USB at all? If not, have you enabled the USB drive for printing? Here are the steps on how to print from USB. Also, if the print from USB is greyed out, follow these steps.

Hello All.
I am using xerox workcentre 5855.When I insert Usb I access all files, but when I want to print pdf file it gives an error i. e. PRINT JOB DELETED. Kindly help me out.
