How to install driver for Workcentre 5875 to print files from PC/Laptop (windows 7 32)

I would try using the Xerox Smart Start program (search for it on Google). I'm not sure if there's a 32bit version but that program will assist you with installing print drivers for your WorkCentre 5875.
