yup. according to support I now have (after printing 792 total pages) a paperweight. My options are to pay somebody $299 for first hour to come out and fix, or buy a new printer. Thought I was getting a nice shiny new printer - boy was I duped. Back to HP for me.

I have the same problem, I have bought a printer in Serbia, now whem the first cartridges are almost empty, I have bought new ones. The troble is, when I instert them, I get only "Reseat cartrdige" error:

I have a less then a year old Xerox Workcentre 6015N printer. Overall printed about 1100 papers.
One day the printer started reporting "Cartridge Error 009-950 Printer Reseat Yellow Cartridge".
I took the yellow cartridge out, cleaned it, cleaned contacts on both cartridge and printer, but the error stays the same. I even bought new toner, but the problem stays.
Printer manufactured on April 2014, SN 3191216694. Bought in Slovenia, EU.
I cannot print anything. I can get to CE mode menus, but do not know what is its purpose...
What can I do?
