Hi Adonijah,
I am glad you got the blotchy issue fixed. There are several ways to adjust color. I would suggest adjusting the color saturation. You can also perform the color balance. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Thank you. I did get in contact with support. They had a tech come to my home and change out the transfer belt assembly. That still didn't fix the problem. I called back and had them send me a new imaging unit per the tech's instructions. That has fixed the "barber pole" print effect, but I am still seeing my blues come out with a slight green tint. I did do the auto color registration. Still kind of green looking. When I want a sky blue my print looks teal. Any ideas?

All of the sudden while printing customer orders I started getting splotchy prints. I have searched this forum and my printers support page for an answer. I have tried everything (cleaning, reset parts, shake carts, etc) except new cartridges as these are the starter ones that came with the unit. I purchased this unit on March 19th and have only printed 789 (color - 552, black - 237) total pages. My display is showing all my carts over half full.
My blues are also coming out with a green cast to them if they have any other color mixed in. I work mostly in the latest version of Illustrator. I did print a demo page, it looked fine. I didn't notice any white "clouds" in the print. I printed blocks of straight color of each. It affects the magenta, cyan, and black. The yellow seemed fine to my eye. What could be causing my prints to do this after only having the printer for less than two months?
