Workcentre 6505dn Graphics print quality issue--spots and missing parts/

I think I found the issue and it was a defective black toner.  I am waiting for a replacement toner to test it to make sure that was the issue.

Typically happens because the paper is programmed incorrectly. Glossy vs Plain, have you checked that?

I tried replacing the fuser (fixing unit) on the printer since I saw a real small tear in it but it still prints with missing and streaked spots on the page.  I included two sample printouts showing the missing and streaked spots. The original pics look blurry so don't worry about that.  Does anyone have an idea of what might be wrong?
