Hi Graham,
Here's something to try. On the PC go to the Printer Properties, Ports tab, and select Configure Port.
In the "Printer Name or IP Address" field manually enter the IP address that you are successfully connecting to outside the print driver.
Click OK and try again. This has helped me in the past.
Regards,
Seth
Hi again, Graham!
Sry for responding so late, did not see your first reply.
To me it seems like a network issue, what about checking the settings again, IP address, Gateway and Netmask?

Hello,
Thanks for replying, do you have any other suggestions please?
Hey,
I have just tried installing every driver separately but all had the same issue.
Thanks
Hey you!
"I have installed the drivers from a disk and it installed and found the printer successfully"
I suggest you install the printer manually instead of using an installer.
And also, Gateway and Netmask should be correctly set.
Best Regards

I have given the printer an IP address I can get into it through a web browser. It also prints the start up page.
I have installed the drivers from a disk and it installed and found the printer successfully when I try to print a test page it comes up saying "This page failed to print". I have tried on other PC's on the network too and they also failed.
The PC I'm trying on is using Sever 2003 small business server. Are there any group policy settings I need to change or anything as I have been stuck on this for a few days?
They also have Kaspersky small business installed on the PC's but I tried disabling that already and it still had the same issue.
Thanks if you can help
