The following solution worked for me:
manually reconnect to the WiFi network from the printer.
Configuration > Network > Wifi settings > Wizard > re-enter Wifi Pass.
I have no idea, you are still describing an issue with non-Standard TCP/IP ports.
If the device is actually going offline (there is no way to make it do that intentionally) I have no idea what would fix it.
Unless it is DHCP, if that is the case, switch it to a static IP
Thanks for the response, it 50% worked, Printer still goes offline when PC goes to sleep and or the network drops but turning the printer on and off fixes it. Im assuming there is something somewhere to stop this from happening.
Thanks again
WSD ports really are not optimal, delete the printer and reinstall it manually, create the port as a TCP/IP port, disable SNMP in the port.
Do not pick the printer from the list, pick the printer I want wasn't listed. everything should be done manually.
Have set up the Workcentre 6605N and seems to print 1 document then goes offline forcing a reinstall.
I believe this has to do with the Wifi network dropping out putting the workcentre into the offline mode. We are using Windows 10.
Have tryed the configure port option but clicking on it gives a this function isnt supported, Though from the looks of things its been given a WSD port.
Any ideas?
Thanks
