Hello. We have a Workcentre 7120 shared on a Windows 2003 print server with both 32bit and 64 bit drivers. The problem is when there is a paper jam on the printer and the jam is cleared, the "paper jam" flag is not cleared on the print driver. So when you view the printer in Windows, it says the status is "paper jam" This happens to all computers in the office. The only way to fix this is to turn the printer off, then on and the paper jam flag is cleared. Does anyone know how to fix this? They are currently using the PCL6 driver, version 220.127.116.11.
