when you install the latest version of the global driver , you can define the language in the driver itself, you can even override the os language there...

The Windows language is set to English (UK) but the following occurs when checking printer properties.

From the Windows Printer settings the last two option pages are in Dutch.

From Word print and then printer options all of the property pages are in Dutch.
