I have been using most of the day trying to setup as Workcentre 7328 without success.
I originally wanted to connect it with USB, but no matter which driver I tried, Windows wouldn't recognize it. I then connected it with an ethernet cable, but with the same result. In the end, I ended up connecting it with an ethernet cable, bridging the ethernet adaptor together with my wireless adapter, and assigning the printers ip settings manually. For some reason, this made it work from one of my computers on the wireless network, but all the others still can't find the printer.
They can, however, find it through SMB in the "WorkGroup". When trying to access it here, it is prompting for username and password. What would these be?
I dont have access to the web interface either - not even from the computer than can actually connect to the printer.

Yes, that is the printers likely Hostname.
The issue very much sounds like a duplicate IP address scenario (change the IP on the printer)
Default Xerox USer/pass would be admin and 1111
