Our Workcentre was serviced about a week ago and after that we have been getting a "Network Connection Error" when printing but the 7545 still prints the job.
Also, when printing double sided it also prints some pages double-sided and some single sided, which may be an unrelated issue.
Wondering if anyone is having similar issues.
Did the cse do anything with the software?
What level software do you have?
A start would be to do a fresh alt boot software load.
