Re: Workcentre 7545 very loud clicking noises

When you sat 'the end' do you mean the finisher on the right side? A tech can run specific components to narrow down the cause of the noise. If they don't hear it while there it will be difficult to find as it can be many things.

Yes, I mean a certified Xerox Tech. There was no stethoscope involved. I just called in another request for repair. I'll ask the tech about your solution. Thanks

By Customer Service, do you mean a certified Xerox technician?

Normally a Xerox tech would short the door sensor and run the printer with the doors open and possibly a stethoscope to find the noise and replace the part making it. Was this what was done?

Workcentre 7545 very loud clicking noises

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a WC7545 and it's making a very loud clicking noise when something is printed.  Seems to be at the very end when the paper is released.  We've had customer service here more than once, the rollers have been changed, there is no paper caught, yet still this noise is occuring. Not sure what to do next?
