Its not a good idea to go into diagnostics if you arent a trained tech.

It probably needs an altboot software load.

WC 7545 won't print anything, internally or from a computer.  Ping works fine. Our server sees it fine. Laptops see it but it shows "offline" or "unavailable".  At wits end on this one!  It will print when in diagnostic mode.  Also, print jobs get stuck in "decomposing" or "pending" and they cannot be deleted.
