Since last technical support visit, the 7556 goes offline every day and we must set online manually.

Please be aware that you are not mixing the device offline functionality with energy saver features and that the device is going into power save, disabling the network controller therefore being offline. If this is the case the device should resume once a job is sent to the device.

We had no problems with the previous version. I tried to do a downgrade but it fails.
Version: 061.121.222.32600 is an upgrade from the one on the website. 061.121.222.06507 is latest general release. Since than small modifications are implemented in additional version until a new general revision is released.
To donwgrade you normally would require and engineer to do it. As there is a special technical mode to perform. Nevertheless some models allow downgrade via USB. Make sure you doing it at your own risk. Taking into account backup of data and features.

I am getting the same problem with a 7545 randomly setting itself to Offliine.
