Reboot it to regain access and change the Energy saver timeout to remove a glitch?

Workcentre3215 not reachable and no admin mode

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215

Fairly new workcentre 3215 worked for several months. Now only goes to sleep mode. Is on access list of wi fi, but can't get into it to troubleshoot. Any ideas?
