Workcentrepro 123 unable to print

I am supporting a remote user. After connecting to his machine I was able to add the printer, but whenever I print a test page or try to print a document I get the following message: " [secure print] or [sample print] cannot be carried out since [user id] is not entered" Please Help!!

how did you install the printer? is there also some kind of accounting enabled at the machine?

You have to right click on the printer and choose Printing Preferences, and there under Job Type, change to Normal Print, not to Secure Print
