Re: Workstation 5225 fails to print from Mac Pro.

Same issue here,

What is the PS option? Where can I find it? I have the latest driver downloaded from the drivers section, but no luck with printing. Same errors with the sounds.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Workstation 5225 fails to print from Mac Pro.

I would check the Job Status screen. With Fabio's response if your machine does not have PS you will see a job that sais Deleted or Failed. If it has an error code respond back to us.

Workstation 5225 fails to print from Mac Pro.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have several Workstation in our network env. A 7346, 7428 and 2x 5225. The 5225 gives me headaches, as it refuses to print, where both the 73xx and 74xx print all paper sizes and weights without issue.

When I add the printer and select the appr. driver (5225 2.xx) I displays me all the features correctly and I add the printer to my list. When printing an A4 page from Acrobat, Preview or InDesign etc. the printer gives out several audio signals of consisting of 3 short beeps. It shows no error on the display nor in the logs.

My Mac runs 10.6.8, fully updated. Can someone assist me?
