Wrinkled output on Phaser X3250

I have a two year old Phaser 3250 that is starting to generate random wrinkles parallel to the 11" dimension of the paper on normal 8-1/2 x 11 20 lb copy paper. I am using the high-capacity black toner (Cartridge P/N: 106R01374). Is this something caused by a defective print cartridge or one that is running low on toner, or deos something in the printer need repair or replacement like the fuser module. If a repair is needed is there an easy way to get this repaired or swapped directly through Xerox instead of haivng to deal with local companies who might not handle this professionally? Thanks
