No paper in transport channels to be found. Bad fuser would indicate a defective unit since it's only 2 weeks old. They wouldn't sell me a defective unit .... (sarcasm).
If the paper is in good condition and well lined up beetwen paper tray guides, maybe it is a rest of paper on paper transport, or can be a problem with fuser module.
Have tried various suggestions found in this forum for other printers with no passing results. The wrinkling is infrequent with no sign of consistency. Printer is only two weeks old. I can go 2-3 days with perfect printing then suddenly the printer will wrinkle one or two pages. Any other solutions??
