Wrinkled prints on brand new Phaser 3300MFP

Hi cbedgar,

I assume this is just with regular plain letter paper, nothing special like labels or envelopes?

If so, I suspect the fuser may be defective, something could have damaged the rollers. I would give our support line a call and they can get a tech out there ASAP to get it sorted out.

Has any one else had trouble with prints coming out wrinkled?  There is a crease running from top to bottom about an 1 or 2 inches from the left edge of nearly every print or copy made.  Yes, I can send the printer back, but what a major hassle.  I would prefer to fix it.

Any ideas?
