I found an article on how to preform a color calibration for you to look at. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Wrong Color underneath transparency

Product Name: VersaLink C9000 Color Printer
Operating System: Not Specified
My c9000 recently started printing a wrong shade of color underneath transparency. I have a PNG with some parts transparent and the color underneath looks different than the rest of the page. This only started recently. Was there a firmware or driver update that could have caused this? How can I fix it?
