Please read the attached article it will explain the different types of inks sticks that are available and how to tell if you are using the correct ones for you printer.

Wrong solid ink for 8580 although package says it is correct

Product Name: ColorQube 8580
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello.

We own a ColorQube 8580 and bought replacement ink some time ago. On the package is written: "fits Xerox ColorQube 8570 / 8580 Series"

But the printer says: Wrong solid ink.

The order number of the ink written on the package is: 108R00940 for black and 108R00938 for yellow.

The printer asks for 108R00930 for black and 108R00928 for yellow.

Can anybody tell me, why the ink I have will not work. And in which printer will it work??
