Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for white lines and see if any of those help.  For the smears please take a look at the solutions for ink rubs off.  If these solutions do not fix the issue please consider contacting your local support centre.

X 7500DN single stipe on cyan, even if unit changed

I have a 7500DN since July 2015. It has printed about 4500 pages (thick card stock 230 gsm mostly).

My first problem is that only cyan has a light line.
I've change image units among all colors, but still only the cyan has the problem.

I've cleaned the leds, still the same.

I've bought a new cyan toner, stil the same.

I've use printer's troubleshouting menu and suggestions, nothing.
Any idea, any help, please?

The other problem is that specialy red color (not pure magenta) has often smears, even from the first months of printing, but the last semester things are much more worst.
