It's a hardware issue, If it's only on black I suggest you have a look at the black drum and the charge corotron, could be damaged.

i remove from one side that lines, maintance -> align -> x and y...now we will see

thnx for reply...today i start to align tray...but even than i get that litlle lines at the end...so it's not the os problem

If you print an internal config sheet, does the same problem appear?

If not, it's a driver or application related problem.

Hi!

i have problems with xerox 560,  constantly have black lines on the right side of the paper (330x488mm)...we have machine 2 months and nobody doesn't know what is the problem...please can someone help with these problem (it's not a "big problem " but these lines move my "picture" 2mm on the left and i don't have centered crop marks)

Tip: not big black bars, just litlle lines at the end of the page, this not happening on A4 paper

this problem happening from w7,w8 and mac so it's not OS problem
