XDM: "Invalid SNMP SET community name"

It certainly implies the default SNMP values are not on the 7830

I'm trying to change SMTP mailserver properties on Xerox 7830/7845 with Xerox Device Manager, XDM

When I run the task, I get the error message "Invalid SNMP SET community name".

Printer SNMP properties:
Get: public
Set: private
Trap: SNMP_trap

XDM > Discovery > SNMP > SNMP SNMP v1/v2c properties:
Get: public
Set: private, public, internal
Trap: XeroxCWW

Why doesn't it work?
