Re: XEROX 7120 Printing

I printed a blank page and it didnt show marks. when I printed something, it show few marks, I think it will disappear gradually.

Probability its a drum cartridge because i installed an new drum, and it got worse. So i reinstalled the old drum, clean it, printing somethings and now its ok.

Thank you!

Re: XEROX 7120 Printing

It looks like repeating marks which indicates a mark on a drum or fuser roller. Measure the distance between spots. Measure the circumference of one of the 4 drums.

Re: XEROX 7120 Printing

Looks like roller marks.

Open word and create a 30 page document that is completely blank and print it.

If the rollers are contaminated, this should clean them. If the marks stop immediately and only reappear when actually printing something, then you have to look into hardware that actually moves toner, though it appears you already replaced all those.

Hi!

I have a problem on the top side of paper when I try to print.

I changed a new second roll, fuser and black drum cartridge but nothing.

Has anyone ever had the same problem?

How can I solve it ?
