Guesses at this point would involve replacing things randomly. What we need is fault codes from it that will tell us where to begin.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please also take a look at the solutions for Printer resets of turns off frequently. Joe already mentioned the first solution but also try the second and see if that helps.  If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Other than plugging it into a different power outlet, is there any other guesses that might cause the issue?

Without the fault codes found in the history after it comes back online there can only be random guesses.

So, plug it into a different power outlet is my first guess.

Newbie here.

Just want to raise up my issue with my printer Xerox Phase 7800. Today, as I am printing about 1,000 pages the machine just stopped working and shutdown in the middle (widway) of printing. I have tried to turn the machine back on again, same issue. It just keeps on shutting down. Can anyone help me out what trouble causes my machine stops and shutdown? I have no idea if software or hardware has the issue.
