I'm pretty sure it can only be aligned within Diagnostics, which requires a technician. But to very quickly and easily eliminate guessing on whether the margins are off, just lift the lid, select a paper tray to copy to and do a copy of nothing in a lit room.
The output will be a 100% black page, anything white is the margins, they should all be 4mm.
Make sure the trays are loaded correctly by type/weight as well as size, because not doing so will cause image shift and jams.
Hey,
I've got a Xerox Workcentre 3325 and neither the main paper tray or the bypass tray will print centrally.
The paper size is A4, all of my files are set up correctly, the margins on the printer are allgedly all equal but still prints out off centre.
Anything i can do as it's a major issue?
Thanks
Joe
