I have a XEROX WorkCentre 7545. We have several users that print to this printer. only two of the users are having this problem. About once a week when they print to the printer, their print jobs will will just red text with generic errors. When i llok at the status of the printer, I can see the document names and who printed documents. When the two users are having this problem, there document name is is Job xxxx and the Owner shows Remote User. If I restart their print spooler service, then they can print, and the dociment name shows up fine, and the owner shows their user name. When they are having this problem, they are able to print to other printers without any problem.
I cannot pinpoint a specific time or a specific frequency that this happens.
