I searched our online knowledge base and found this article for when the logo gets stuck during initialization.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

XEROX logo on display, error "Unavailable: PostScript Initializing" @web interface

Product Name: ColorQube 8580
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi,

I've got a previously functional Colorqube 8580 and want to give it to a non-profit organization.

When I boot it, the Xerox logo is displayed instead of the menu. When I access the printer web interface, the error "Unavailable: PostScript Initializing" is displayed in yellow. Have you faced this kind of error?

I entered the diagnostics menu et wiped PS and PE PRAM. Was it a mistake ?
