I searched our online knowledge base and found this article for when the logo gets stuck during initialization. If you are still having issues after trying thesesteps,I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797or 1-800-835-6100.

XEROX logo on display, error "Unavailable: PostScript Initializing" @web interface
Product Name: ColorQube 8580
Operating System: Windows 10
I've got a previously functional Colorqube 8580 and want to give it to a non-profit organization.
When I boot it, the Xerox logo is displayed instead of the menu. When I access the printer web interface, the error "Unavailable: PostScript Initializing" is displayed in yellow. Have you faced this kind of error?
I entered the diagnostics menu et wiped PS and PE PRAM. Was it a mistake ?
