XSA Print dialog box and paused printing

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830i/7835i/7845i/7855i
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

I have a Mac Mini M1 and I have a Xerox WC 7830i and every time I try to print it is stuck in pause. Even if I resume printing it goes back to pause. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer driver with no luck. My office also uses XSA and I can only print from Preview where the accounting dialog box will pop up. If I attempt to print from Chrome, Gmail, Adobe, etc. the accounting dialog box does not show up and an error page prints out. Anyone have any solutions to there 2 issues.
