Sounds like you need to replace the black drum unit. Try printing something with magenta, cyan and yellow in it. If its ok then the problem is in black.

Our machine is only printing blank sheets with very little / highly faded prints in black and white. All toners are 70% or higher with our black toner at 95%. Have tried swapping black toners to no avail.
