Xerox 1000 registration Issues

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Looking to see if anyone has had problems with job files from freeflow going to press (Xerox 1000) and image shifting accurs. Registration is off by 3/4 of an inch. It occured on a job a little after the start of the run. Now other files paper profiles etc. have not had issues registering before and after this run. Its just this one off file/job. Please list similar instances and fixes or troubleshoots because we are currently stumped. Details are as follows: File is being sent over via file print from a PC with WIndows 7 to a Unix based Freeflow. 12x18 running on #60 uncoated text. Registration unit has been replaced rather recently in the last 30 days.
