Re: Xerox 3010 - startup problem

Hello,

well, it was empty toner..

with your advice I got rid of errors (both indicators were ok) but printing did not work anyway when I connect USB back to PC.

Thanks for your time.

Re: Xerox 3010 - startup problem

Paul,

What happens if you remove network / USB cable from the printer and just turn it on with only the power plugged in ? Do the green led's stay green or turn to orange ? I would remove the paper trays as well.

If the indicators stay gree, then start one at a time, turn off and back on with only 1 change. At least this way, you can narrow down the issue.

Xerox 3010 - startup problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

My 3010 printer stopped working.

After pressing power button it starts rolling top paper roller and maybe main roller for printing but it never go to ready status. Both indicators are green blinking. After some time both indicators are orange (do not blink).

It's long time when I changed toner but this issue should light up only "!" indicator (how it's descripted in manual)? There is no jammed paper.

Can plase someone identify this printing problem? It's maybe an sensor or so?
