You would need to find the part in a service manual and then scour the internet to see if someone is selling one somewhere on the internet.

It is too old for Xerox to still be stocking parts, ebay and amazon would be the best bet once you have a part number to search.

Hello guys, I have a Xerox Workcentre 3045 and for some reason the paper is not being taken from the tray when I start printing. The machine was analysed by the authorised technical support in my city, the expert told me the problem is a small rubber/elastic that is broken in the part which collects the paper. This rubber/elastic should be replaced but the authorised technical support doesn't have it anymore because the 3045 is old. I don't know where to search it, could someone help me? Thank you. Cheers.
