Xerox 3600 Internal Error

Hello.

 

I have a Xerox 3600 printer that is giving the following error message:

 

  • Internal error – Power cycle printer
  • Freeblk-c.351 HC99

I have tried to locate what is causing this error with no luck and I am hoping that someone here may be able to give some guidance.

 

If I reboot the printer, then the printer works fine for a random period of time and then the fault re-occurs.

 

This error is on the actual printer and not on the workstation I am using. There also does not appear to be anything in particular that causes the printer to error.

 

Any help or guidance greatly appreciated.
