Immidiately overwrite failed, then the machine ask for on demand overwrite.

Immidiately overwrite is an automatic action.

I just want to know what causes it happen or how to change the setting to avoid automatic overwrite during business hours.

As far as I know these devices are set up to do an automatic one once a month or so. however, is the machine is used during this time, it will fail and a on demand is needed.

Any correct me if im wrong.

We have xerox 3635 MFP in office.  It prompt messenge " immediate job overwrite failed please perform an on demand overwrite immediately", I just did on demand overwrite 2 days ago, it spent 5 hrs to finish.

This Xerox 3635 will have this meesenge once a month at least, waste time to do overwrite. I want to find out the reason what causes the messenge.

What's the reason xerox 3635 prompt messenge to do an on demand overwrite?

Any help is appreciated.
