Thank you for using the Support Forum. The code is a scanner lamp failure. You can power down the machine remove the power cord from the outlet and wait 30 seconds. Plug the machine back in and turn it back on. If that does not clear the error then you will need to contact your local support centre. The lamps are not customer replaceable.

I have a Xerox 4112 and when I turn it on it the light flashes and the fault code comes up 062-371. I did some research and figured it was an exposure lamp failure, but which one. I believe there are 2 or 3 lamps. Is it easy to replace or do I need a tech. Please help.
