well, maybe there is something corrupt on the server/client , i suggest deleting the printer and driver, reinstall the printer, maybe also use an updated driver and do a test print again

then you know it was driver/windows related...

whats is also your firmware level of the machine?

you can try upgrading to : 15.003.55.000 , call xerox to obtain that release

As of two weeks ago we get the following error on our printer when it is printed to from a specific application.

It worked fine up until that point. There has been no change to the application or the print driver.

Anyone have a clue as to what would cause this and a solution ?
