Fixed with firmware's update
I would like to thank you for your suggestion , i tried your solution however that is not working for me .
Un-check anything in the red boxes seen here:
Then Apply and reboot the PC (Do not use the printer before you reboot)
Please should be informed that we have Xerox 4250 which had a general probleme , when the use try access to the properties of the machine It can take up to 15 minutes to get the printer properties window to show up .and when we try to printe from application office like word the application just frozen So the vast majority of users think that the computer have a problem and then call us. So far I tried this:
1- Reinstall the driver
2- Switch to a new driver (PCL5, PCL6, PS)
3- Delete the printer and reinstall it
4- Switch from LPR to RAW
5- Check the network for a possible problem
any quick reply will be grately appreciated
