If the line survived the changing of the toner and drum the only part left is the maintenance kit

Good day, I have a 4260 printer. It is printing a vertical streaky black line approx 1 inch from the right hand side. I have replaced the drum and toner cartridge to no avail. I cleaned the rollers as best I could find. I do not think this is anything to do with the DADF. The line appears both when I print and copy. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
