It's a postscript error, you should be able to get the job to run by going File > Print >Advanced and choose "Print as image"

This will elliminate the font at issue with a flattened bitmap.

Otherwise, you would need to resave the file with the fonts embedded in PDF/X format.

Good afternoon ,

For some reason I'm unable to print on my xerox4595 printer in PDF format. If I have a print job that has nearly 400 pages she would only page the first page and the error sheet stating the following:

ERROR : undefined

OFFENDING COMMAND: INMMIY+Helvetica*1
