Good morning. I have a Xerox 5225 WorkCentre. I'd like to set it up where you need a password to print. How can I do that? I've been trying different settings under the authentication screen but haven't got the right setup yet. A place I worked for in the past had a Xerox and if I wanted to print I would have to save my username/password on my pc so they know how many pages I'm printing per month. I'd like to have something similar with my 5225.
Also, in my attempts at setting my machine up like mentioned above it is now setup where I can't print at all. I returned all of the settings I changed back to the way they were but when I print now the machine just beeps a bunch of times but nothing comes out. How can I reset the machine back to factory specs and I will set everything up from the beginning again :(

Thanks for the reply Cheryl. This sort of helped. I followed the instructions and setup everything the way it says but then when I print the machine just beeps and doesn't print my documents. Where would I enter the username and password on my computer to show I have the authority to actually print stuff? Appreciate all your help so far! Thank you!
