Xerox 5325 Printing Labels

We are having a issue with the Xerox 5325 that we have in one of our departments. When trying to print to the Avery template all of the aligments are very slightly off... The first 2 lines tend to fit the labels and then they gradually start to overlap. (this is the 18 label grid template)


We had the exact same issues on the Xerox 7225's that we have in the office and found that changing the driver to the postscript resolves the cause.

But unfortunately for the 5325's we do not have the funtionality for the postscript drivers. I therefore have tried the global PCL 6 driver (that is in use on a day to day basis) and the Mobility driver which didnt work at all.


has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
