Xerox 5335 & 5230 Printing Issues

We need some help on very frustrating issue as below:

 

Current Xerox Models we have:

Xerox 5335 WorkCenter (Driver: 5.230.5.0 PCL6) (Latest System Firmware)

Xerox 5230 WorkCenter (Driver: 5.87.9.0 PCL6) (Latest System Firmware)

 

Previous Xerox Model:

Xerox M123 WorkCenter

 

Issues with current Xerox Models:

 

Unable to print automatically in A4 Paper size (8.27" x 11.69") from Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat reader + Other mission critical applications. We have to select A4 paper size in the applications and printer properties all the time manually in order to print, which is very inconvenient for the users.

 

We did not have this issue with the previous model (M123).

 

We understand that the application overrides the printer driver properties, but with the current models it is just painful to select the paper format all the times + sometimes it doesn't even print after selecting A4 in printer and application properties, which is really frustrating.

 

We really hope this issue can be addressed or that there is a solution out there that can achieve direct printing on A4 size Paper regardless of paper size setting in the application.

I have searched our product knowledge base and found the following solution.

It mentions that Trays 3 and 4 of the HIgh Capacity Tandem Tray (HCTT) is used for A4 paper.  Could that possibly be the issue?
