Have a technician adjust the tray 5 registration for all paper weights.

Its about sliding rollers to coat color, I tested it. It depends on the color cover.

Tray alignment helps a bit, but with the manual feed tray it automatically shifts (not randmo but consistently) the image almost 5mm to the right when using 12" x 18" stock (225gsm). I can find nowhere to eliminate these 5mm - can you help?

I suggest the use of tray alignment. Also, after printing the first side, flip the paper so that the same edge is used to load the paper. Regards Rui
