I have the same problem printing on 13x19. I was told there's a 2mm tolerance on image skew and it can never get dialed-in to zero skew. Is this correct? have anyone exprecienced a 1-2 mm bounce on image both shift and skew?

Does it happen if "Choose paper source by pdf page size" is not selected?

What driver is being used? (Beware the Global driver does not work with this device)

Is there a RIP? (Fiery/Freeflow/Creo)

Does the issue happen from all trays or just one?

I would recommend that you contact support at 1-800-821-2797 for assistance.  With having the front end there may be more troubleshooting questions before a solution is identified.

Xerox 560 Fiery printing 11x17 second and subsequent pages skewed

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Looking for some advice.  One of our end-users has a problem printing an 11x17" pdf file.  The first page prints correctly, centered.  The second and subsequent pages print skewed, off center and off the page.  I have tried several times to correct this in print settings, pdf settings, and printer settings.  This doesn't happen with other printers.  I'm at a loss and need help.  Has anyone run across this with the new 560?
