In addition to Fiery's idea, make a copy of nothing (Lift the adf, choose a tray and hit the copy button.
The output will be pure black (assuming there are lights on in the room) and will show the hardware assigned margins for the machine.
Nothing done in software will be able to counter those margins.
See if its happening from all trays. If it is just one tray such as tray 3 it could be a broken tray guide gear. Check that the front guide is on 11" and the rear guide snug around the paper. If all trays are off you will need a tech to adjust the registration in diagnostics.
recently our work computer has been printing off centered from all programs (PDF, Photoshop, Illustator). I've attached a scan to give you a better idea of what I mean. Basically the top and left of the paper are almost all the way to the edge of the paper whole there is almost 1/2 inch white on the bottom and 1/4 inch white on the right. I understand it will not print to the edge just looking for it to print event, we often print menus with borders around them or ones to go into an insert and we are unbale to because of this current issue.
thansk in advance!
