if the document is a PDF, uncheck "choose paper source by PDF page size" and the printer will shrink to fit.

Every now and then, a person in the office will print a document that is an odd size - therefore the printer will not print the job.

Is there any way to "force" the job onto letter-sized paper while it is in the queue?
