Xerox 5755 Copying and printing Unavailable

Either the Fuser has a short or the power circuit you are plugged in to isn't right, the faults are pretty clearly worded.

When i try to print on xerox 5755 it always pauses every job. There is a message on machine UI that Shows "Printing and Copying Unavailable" but scanning is working fine. When i logged in to the Web UI i got this message. Any Solution?
